  2. Rough processing first, then fine processing. The reducer is generally used when a high torque required in a limited space. i.e. a small volume with a large torque, and it has better reliability and life than a spur gear reducer. To ensure the quality of processing, the process with high quality requirements. that is often divided into several stages. such as roughing, semi-finishing, finishing and finishing. Each surface of the processing process. according to the processing stage from coarse to fine arrangement.   
  3. Parts on the assembly reference surface. the main work surface processed first. and fixed with small holes, threaded holes and keyways and other secondary surfaces. that arranged in the main surface after processing.   
  4. Surface first and then hole. Planetary speed reducers are characterised bytheir small size. high output torque and high transmission efficiency. The reducer is a relativelycompact structure, small return clearance. high precision, long service life, and the rated output torque made very large.
  5. Reasonable arrangement of heat treatment process. This according to the purpose of heat treatment. For example,to improve the material cutting processability. and eliminatethe internal stress of the blank. It arranged in the rough machining before the annealing, normalization. and aging heat treatment process. to eliminatethe internal stress generated during the cutting process. Assembly:

As the motor rotates the input shaft, the planetary gears rotate around the sun gear. which causes the outer ring gear to rotate at a slower speed with increased torque output. This allows the motor to operate at a higher speed while still providing the required torque to drive the load.
